What is the Bible course?
What is the story of the Bible and why does it matter? Over an eight week course, we'll explore together an overview of the Bible designed to help us know what’s in the world’s best seller from Genesis to Revelation. It also encourages and supports a daily habit of Bible reading and reflection, whether by opening your Bible or by using a Bible reading app. If you would like to have a preview just click here.
How does it work?
Each session starts with coffee, biscuits & cake, then features two 15 minute videos, 25 minutes of discussion time and 15 minutes of personal reflection. The course is delivered in person and is a great opportunity to discuss the Bible with others in a friendly & relaxed environment.
The Bible Course helps you see how the books of the Bible are part of one big story. Using a unique story line, The Bible Course will show you how key events, books and characters fit together.
Who is it for?
The course is aimed at anyone who would like to learn the ‘Big Picture’ of The Bible. All questions and opinions are welcomed and respected; everyone is welcome whether you know the Bible quite well or not at all.
How much does it cost?
The Bible Course is completely free, and each guest will also receive a free participant guide.
