NETBALL

Every Monday we meet to play netball. This is a great way to see friends, make new ones and exercise at the same time! We have ladies coming from all over, Worthing to Chichester.

We are a genuinely friendly, supportive, and encouraging group, that is always welcoming new people, so if you’re thinking of joining us, you’re unlikely to be the only new person.

All abilities and ages very welcome, we range from 12 -80 years old!

We ask for a £3 contribution towards the hire of the courts and kit.

Please sign up to enable us to plan the session accurately and can get in touch regarding the session should we need to last minute.

MONDAY EVENINGS:

St Andrew’s High School - Sackville Rd, Worthing BN14 8BG

6.30pm - 7.30pm - arriving 5 minutes early for stretching and warm up.
